At DreamDrobe.com, each hoodie is made specifically for you, so we maintain a fair but strict return policy.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, before production begins.

After production starts, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns

Since all items are custom-made, returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

The wrong size or design was printed due to our mistake

To initiate a return, contact dreamrobeco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

4. Exchange

If you received the wrong item or size, we will remake and resend it free of charge.
